SDRs of Germany shows its sponsors every morning what the Sales Awards move on LinkedIn.
Sponsors want to know what a LinkedIn campaign moves. Today a measurement system runs on the community's own computer and gives every sponsor its own page.

Problem
SDRs of Germany is a sales community with 16,000 members and is handing out the Sales Awards for the first time in 2026: four categories, twelve prizes, 36 nominees, ceremony in Berlin in November. It is paid for by sponsors who buy visibility on LinkedIn in return.
The sponsors asked the same question: how do you track that? LinkedIn provides no campaign numbers. The posts about the awards appear on dozens of profiles, from nominees, ambassadors and the community itself, and in the end nobody can say how many people saw the sponsor logo.
Then came the second condition: the community has no developer and no server. Whatever gets built has to run without us afterwards.
Solution
A measurement system in three parts.
- CollectThe system pulls every post that belongs to the campaign through five channels: links to the company page, the company page itself, watched profiles, search terms and links added by hand. Plus reactions and comments.
- ScoreEvery post is scored for whether it really belongs to the campaign. In the test with 28 posts: no false match, 86 percent of the real campaign posts detected. Borderline cases go to manual approval.
- ShowFive pages: three for the community, one per sponsor, hard-cut to the category they bought, with estimated reach, trend and who kept joining the conversation. Access through a six-digit code.
LinkedIn does not release impressions, so reach had to be estimated. The first factor was a placeholder and came in more than four times too low. We calibrated it against the real creator analytics of five LinkedIn profiles, and the estimate has held at plus or minus 18 percent since.
The system runs on a computer owned by the community, on their own accounts. It re-measures twice a day and closes the week on Thursdays. It was set up in a joint session on 13 August.
Result
Since 17 August the nomination phase has been running, and the measurement system with it. The sponsors have their pages. What they see there every day belongs to them and to the community, which is why no campaign numbers appear here.
On paper the operating cost for the whole campaign is around 50 dollars, spread over 80 days.
In the footer of every page it says „Gebaut von Sondero“, built by Sondero.
